FAQ – Happy Feet Detox Patches

1. What are Foot Detox Patches?

Foot Patches are white in color, inside has a mixture of potent herbs and minerals. When the patches are pressed against the body they warm up, and increase circulation to the area. Foot patches absorb any toxins that the body releases. You may feel a slight warming, tingling sensation; this is not uncommon.

2. How do I apply the patches?

Simply remove the backing from the plaster. Place the patch in the middle of the plaster sheet making sure that the writing is face down on the plaster. Apply the patches on soles of each feet; preferable under the arches. Press the plaster onto the foot firmly. Leave the patches on for approximately 8-12 hours. In the morning the patches will have become wet and may smell. It is recommended that you remove the patches in the bathroom as they can make your feet quite sticky. The stickiness is normal and will reduce slightly each day.

3. Are there any side effects to using Happy Feet Detox Patches?

Most people suffer no side effects however with any detox in the first few days you may feel slightly weak or fatigued; this passes quickly as you progress. It is important increasing water intake. After two of three nights using the patches most people notice a better quality of sleep and feel fresher in the morning.

4. How long should I use Happy Feet Detox Patches?

This really depends on the individual. The amount of waste that appears on the patches is the best guide. We do recommend using the patches initially for 10 day to 15 days with a maintenance treatment every few months to continue improving your health and wellbeing. This is dependent on the individual taking into consideration diet intake and lifestyle.
