Detoxing has never been easier.

A new product from Health Essentials applied to the soles of your feet puts a new perspective on beauty sleep. Happy Feet Detox Patches are about five centimetres square, and made of natural ingredients which draw toxins out of the body while you sleep.

The patches are removed in the morning and the drawing powers are clearly visible. The white patch becomes black, wet and quite sticky overnight.

A survey conducted at the Home Show last month showed 8 in 10 customers who had used the patches were happy with the results.

"Best of all was the fact that users said the patches were non-abrasive, cost effective and they didn't interrupt their daily routine because the detox process happened overnight, while they were sleeping,". Health Essentials owner Joseph Peter said.

"One lady said she had a boil on her arm, she applied the patches and next day the boil had nearly disappeared."
